Spice up your fall with delicious fun! Join us for cooking classes all season long, hosted by your favorite Mercantile chefs! Cooking Classes are held at 6:30pm in The Mercantile On Main. Feel free to come early and grab a cocktail before class! Class includes Chef lead demonstration, tasting of dishes, printed recipe cards to take home and Q&A session with the Chefs.

    - Join Chef Kei in creating budget-friendly meals for busy professionals. Focusing on fast, nutritious options that don’t break the bank including her amazing stuffed peppers and vegetarian lasagna.

    - Join Chef Jason from Lafayette, Louisiana to learn some classic southern dishes including his acclaimed dirty rice, NOLA BBQ Shrimp & classic cornbread.

    - Join Chef Tim to learn a fall apple salad, sweet potato, and gnocchi with lamb Ragu, roasted chicken with acorn squash.
